Hypatia’s Chief of Staff & Director of DEI Projects Speaks to Students at APTA’s Combined Sections Meeting

Congratulations to our Chief of Staff and Director of DEI Projects, Dr. Phuong-Thao (Alex) Nguyen, PT, for being invited to give an Ignite Talk to physical therapy/physical therapist assistant students at the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Combined Sections Meeting (CSM).

APTA CSM is the largest physical therapy conference in the country, bringing the physical therapy profession together for a week of education, collaboration, or innovation. CSM 2022 was held in San Antonio, Texas between February 2-5, 2022.

Dr. Nguyen’s Ignite Talk was about “The Power of Your Friends.” Dr. Nguyen spoke about how the people we surround ourselves with are the greatest influencers on our behavior, our attitudes, and our results.
